Just like the first book in the series, The Power of Six is packed full of action, adventure, and exciting mystery. We have already had the pleasure of meeting John Smith, aka Number Four. We were also able to meet Number Six. Six isn't fond of names and prefers her number. I suppose that's understandable if you get stuck with manes that are absolutely hideous from time to time. What I wasn't expecting, seeing as which I didn't read into what this book was about, was that we get to meet and peer into the life of Number Seven.
Number Seven goes by the name of Marina and has lived quite a sheltered life. I can't help but assume that she is the only one who has stayed in one place for so long without being found. Although, we do learn that it wasn't by chance and she has people on her side that I never would've guessed. They are all still being hunted, all still on the run from the Mogs. None of them have a choice in the matter, all having to fight for survival, fight for their lives, and the lives of each other. It is time for them all to meet up together. It is time to fight united, stand strong, and battle for their home. For their freedom. But can they all get together without dying in the process to battle it out with the Mogadorians? Only time will tell. This is one highly addictive series that won't disappoint!
